Desires of a CD woman are much the same as that of a transwoman. They also want breasts, body and everything, but they cannot risk losing their male identity.
They are driven by a fear and cannot be decisive about it.
There are distinct reasons.
1) their priority is not penetrative sexual pleasure
2) they are emotionally too attached to their families and society
3) they are never in a position to prioritise themself and their desires above their relationships.
So what are their choices?
1) body modification - only modify it such that it makes you a handsome man and a sexy woman at the same time
2) sexual pleasure - only seek relationship with someone who is equal to you and has same fears of coming out as you, equal vulnerability
3) prioritise your desires but not to affect daily life
4) mentally draw a balance such that you are happy with limited opportunities
5) remember if you want to break any of these then you have to cross the line to being an openly trans.
